Music on my PC Ltd is a company formed in 2003 with the aim of facilitating the use of music software and technology to help with learning and playing and creating music.

We understand through our own experience the potential of music technology to be an aid to motivaton and learning.

Our aim has always been to develop Music On My PC into a comprehensive resource on music technology products.

Since 2003 we have grown into a substantial internet business specialising in the sale of music technology products. We realise you have a choice of where to shop and your interest in us is much appreciated. Customer Service - We pride ourselves on our customer service. However, if you have an issue with any aspect of our product range or service at any time, let us know and we'll aim to put it right straight away. Stock Levels - Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship straight away. If an item is not in stock the Buy Now button is disabled. We only want to sell you things we've got! If you see an out of stock item you can always email us and we will tell you when it is likely to be back. Very occasionally if an item is very popular you might be able to buy it in the time lag between doing stock updates. If that happens we will contact you straight away.

Fast Despatch - Our systems have been developed and adapted while we have been trading to make our order despatch the fastest you'll find anywhere. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Couriers using the quickest services possible depending on the value and size of the item, and the shipping service selected.

Returns - if for any reason you need or want to return an item, then just refer yourself to our Returns for details.

Pricing - We aim to offer competitive pricing, while at the same time offering a great standard of customer service and support. We are not aggressive price slashers as we do not believe this is the way to build a business with integrity and longevity. However if you do spot that any of our prices are out of line with the current market, then please let us know and we will see what we can do.

Established Company - Internet retail is our full time business. It's what all of our staff and our systems are geared up for. There is always someone available to help with your queries during office hours.
